Alex Koyfman, MD (@EMHighAK) is a board-certified emergency physician and a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. He serves on the Education subcommittee for ACEP. Dr. Koyfman has authored more than 200 peer-reviewed publications in a diverse set of areas within Emergency Medicine. His main interests include resident/faculty education & development, EM decision making / mindset, ED critical care, high-risk/low-prevalence diseases, and medical entrepreneurship. He currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of www.emdocs.net and co-writes a monthly column for Emergency Physicians Monthly.
