Alison Haddock, MD, FACEP (@AdvocacyMD) is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine and serves on the ACEP Board of Directors. As evidenced by her Twitter handle, Dr. Haddock is an empowering force for the next generation of female Emergency Medicine physicians, as well as an inspiration to those passionate about health policy, serving as Editor-in-Chief of the @emresidents Advocacy Handbook. One nominator described Dr. Haddock’s leadership as “[inspiring] action and trust that reaches far beyond what a single person could achieve.”
