Update on Dr. Rubeliz Bolivar: Detained and Delayed

Texas state lawmakers and federal legislators have said Dr. Rubeliz Bolivar's release papers were signed Wednesday, April 15; however, she is still awaiting release as of Friday.

This is a great example of how medical organizations, state legislators, and the general public can work together to help, but the work is not over.
