Your goal as an EMRA leader: To cultivate a culture of inclusion amongst emergency medicine trainees through education, specifically welcoming those who identify as minorities, whether defined on the basis of race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, gender, sexual orientation, physical ability, religion, first generation in higher education, or otherwise, and foster mentorship for medical students and residents to promote excellence amongst residents of color.
