EMRA Spring Meeting 2018

Mark your calendars for San Antonio!

We are so excited to announce an important change in the future of EMRA meetings and programming! As of 2018, EMRA will move our spring meeting - including Representative Council, Committee & Division training and meetings, EMRA Quiz Show, our Awards Ceremony, and more - to the CORD Academic Assembly.

This will deepen session content that has recently been added to the CORD conference in the resident track and chief resident symposium, as well as give you - our members - a chance to more effectively engage with those in our EM community most directly invested in your training.

This agreement will not change EMRA’s brand, strategy, purpose, or values as we continue in our tireless support of emergency medicine physicians in training. Nor will it change CORD’s core focus on the advancement and support of EM residency programs and their constituents.

As an organization, we do not follow others -- we lead. EMRA will continue to serve as the voice of EM physicians-in-training and to invest in our members as the future of our specialty. We are confident this shift in spring programming to the CORD Academic Assembly will result in more effective advocacy on your behalf and lead to opportunities for advanced collaboration and innovation on resident education, wellness, and other initiatives not yet visualized.

We are excited to see the incredible things that will certainly come from this relationship, and to see you all in San Antonio April 22-25, 2018!
