Representative Council

The EMRA Representative Council is the body within EMRA in which representatives for all EMRA members come together to discuss issues relating to all aspects of EM residency training and adopt policies affecting their professional development. We hold a business meeting during each convention, as well as a town hall meeting.

The Representative Council is headed by two Council Officers. They preside over Council meetings, organize all Council activities, serve as the ex-officio chairs of all Representative Council Committees, and represent the membership to the Board of Directors and the AMA-RFS between Council meetings.
