By completing this form, you agree that:

  • All team participants are active EMRA members.
  • All three team members will compete on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, in Salt Lake City, UT.
  • Team members are responsible for their own travel expenses to Salt Lake City, UT
  • Each team member will pay a $150 entry fee.
  • Fee includes post-race meal, a t-shirt, transportaion to site (if requested) and an awesome wilderness medicine experience.
  • Each team member agrees to pack his/her pack with medical supplies to compete in the race and food for the trail.
  • Each team member agrees to comply with proper trail rules.
  • Team members will sign a waiver before competing.
